And for all the helpful advice,
we remain attached to our
perceptions of what is real.
As for me, that would be how I feel.
Granting me that freedom would in effect be liberating my expectation for others to feel the same; even if the tender part of my hope innocently asks
”Why not?”
”Why not?”
“How come?”
and most of all
”Why do good byes hurt so?”
and most of all
”Why do good byes hurt so?”
We see glory in another, so then are attracted, and wish to partake in the wonder of the world with them nearby. Perhaps that is selfish, not taking into account another's freedom.
But then I'd be called to ponder why it is that any of us want what we do? Why there is so much mystery in being content with what we have? Rather than perhaps what we tend to do; look for something beyond our control?
